I build the strategy, design the experience, launch the campaigns, and analyze the data to prove what worked.
For the past 10 years, I’ve honed these skills end to end, building and selling three brands of my own, and now helping other businesses grow theirs.

Strategy, copy, design and build, plus the automations behind them. Open a project to see the scope and the emails.
A Canadian organic snack brand selling through grocery retail. The email program had to do two jobs at once: introduce new products and push people into stores that stock them.
An activewear line launched into an existing youth sports store, alongside the wider email program I run for Fins Pro Shop. Shown here: the CS Active launch campaign only.
A US brand making personalized keepsakes to order. This is the full program: seasonal campaigns, gifting moments, brand story and an automated win-back flow for subscribers who had gone quiet.
My own childrenswear brand, and nine years of email behind it. Two campaigns a week plus the automated flows, all written, designed and sent by me. Shown here: six campaigns.
You can write the best campaign of your life. If the inbox providers do not trust who is sending it, nobody sees it. So before I worry about what your emails say, I make sure they arrive.
Setting up the behind-the-scenes records that prove to Gmail and Outlook that you are a real business and not a scammer.
Clearing out dead and fake addresses that quietly drag your reputation down, and protecting the subscribers who are worth having.
Bringing back subscribers who have stopped opening, and letting go of the ones who never will, before they cost you the inbox.
No filming, no crew, no site visit. I take the photographs an agent already has, stage and animate them, and cut a tour that gives a listing the feel of a walkthrough. Made for Century 21 Blue Sky Region.
Staged interiors throughout, closing on an aerial exterior and the agent’s contact card.
A room-by-room walkthrough, staged from the listing photography.
A shorter widescreen cut, sized for feed placement.
Client name withheld under NDA. I mapped how their customers actually buy, built GA4 tracking and reporting dashboards from scratch, then created a strategy of automated email flows to catch people at each stage of that journey.

Childrenswear built from zero and sold privately. Email and a VIP community produced more than 70% of annual revenue.

A toy brand launched and sold inside two years, with six registered trademarks across Canada and the US. I shot, edited and posted every piece of content myself: product video, tutorials and short-form across YouTube and TikTok.

Working with Jen has been an absolute game changer for us. She helped us take things that initially felt overwhelming, setting up Google Analytics properly, building automated dashboards and reports, creating automated emails, and made the entire process feel manageable. What really sets Jen apart is that she doesn’t just do the work for you, she teaches you along the way. The difference between where we started and where we are now is huge. Better data, better visibility, more automation, and we are already seeing the results.
Working with Jen’s help in my online shop has been a dream come true. I always knew she was an email genius, so having her write my campaigns and help me with marketing suggestions gives me confidence and comfort. Most creatives (like me) are product focussed, but Jen’s expertise masters marketing as well as good design.
I design it, build it, execute it and measure it.
Turn the list you already have into your best sales channel.
Stop guessing which half of your marketing is working.
Show up consistently without it eating your week.

My first business was a premium baby consumer product goods marketplace. My second was a childrenswear brand I grew from zero to $1.2M in annual revenue within the first three years. My third was a toy brand I took from launch to acquisition in under two years. All three were sold.
None of them had a marketing department, so I did it all. I wrote the campaigns, created the graphics and visuals and built the flows. I grew an Instagram account organically to over 250K followers and made every piece of content across every platform, from shooting and editing to posting. I set up automated analytics and watched the data closely to see where I was getting the best return, then used it to pivot or put my energy behind what was working.
Humble is a certified organic potato chip brand sold through grocery retail rather than direct to consumer. That changes what email is for. There is no cart to recover, so every send has one job: make someone want the product, then tell them exactly where to find it.
CS Active is an activewear line from Fins Pro Shop, a youth sports retailer. The list was built by people buying team uniforms and competition wear, so these emails had to introduce an everyday apparel line without sounding like a different company had taken over the inbox.
The launch sits inside the wider program I run for them. I started by segmenting their audience and mapping how their customers actually buy, then built the automated flows around that understanding: abandoned cart, checkout and the rest. On top sit the weekly campaigns, and a list cleanup that gives every send a healthier audience to land in. Only the CS Active launch campaign is shown here.
A Great Baby makes personalized keepsakes to order in Alabama. Almost every purchase is a gift, which means the calendar is driven by occasions and by shipping deadlines. This is the full program: seasonal campaigns, gifting pushes, the brand story, and an automated flow that brings quiet subscribers back.
Little Navy was my childrenswear brand, grown from zero to $1.2M in annual revenue and sold in 2025. Email and a private community produced more than 70% of annual revenue. Two campaigns a week for nine years, plus the automated flows behind them, all written, designed and sent by me. Six campaigns are shown here.
